About Us

Started in 1988 with an initial capacity of 3000 spindles at Thadicombu, Dindigul, Tamilnadu, the group now helms four spinning mills located within 3 km radius. The current total capacity is 151300 spindles, 1560 Rotors, 60 high speed automatic circular knitting machines.

Right from its inception, the group has steadily marched ahead and consequently increased its production capacity to a staggering 36 million kilograms of yarn per annum. The group has never lost focus on maintaining consistent quality and production, which is ably backed by its sophisticated infrastructure facilities. With an ever increasing customer base, both domestic and overseas, the group has immensely benefited from the outcome resulting in an annual turnover of 120 million. The collective outputs including manpower and infrastructure have enabled the group to march ahead and realize its common goal – “Excellence through Quality”.

Management

Shri. A.R. Subramaniam, aged 65 years is the Founder, Mentor and Chairman of the Group. Hailing from an agricultural background, he has more than four decades of experience in the field of textiles. With his vast experience, unparalleled visionary skills and in depth knowledge on the inner workings of the business, he has been the guiding light behind the organization and has played a pivotal role in enabling the Group to reach its vision apart from spearheading cotton procurement and HR related functions.

Shri. S. Chandrakumar, aged 36 years is the Joint Managing Director of the group. He is a qualified graduate in the domain of Corporate Secretaryship and has more than a decade of experience in the Textile business. He presently assists the Chairman of the group on policy matters. He is the Treasurer of Tamil Nadu Spinning Mills Association, the membership count of which is over 300 textile mills.

Shri. S. Saravanakumar, aged 30 years is the Managing Director of the group. He is a qualified graduate in International Business Management.He assists the Chairman in the overall operations of the company and in the matters related to planning, procurement, finance, marketing and production, apart from implementing new projects and modernization activities.
